There is a word that sums up everything about this awesome looking rc motorcycle: Aluminum !

High grade, beautiful, aluminum. We all know how much rc hobbyists like to replace their models' plastic parts with aluminum ones not only because they look good but mostly because they perform much better due to the physical and mechanical properties of this material. This rc motorcycle is here to give a hard time to all of us who like disassembling and upgrading parts. Of course, ZH Racing did think of that so the next step in our quest for pure performance and screwdriver joy is called carbon fiber, but that is a different story.

Looking at the ZH Racing Z-201B rc motorcycle you would probably think that this is just another 5th scale rc bike model. No, this is a 1/8 scale rc motorcycle. Every technological and performance feature has been squeezed into such a small package, which for sure is not something easily done and lots of bigger rc motorcycles would be jealous about. The guys at ZH Racing seem to really know what they are doing and they are doing it very well !

As we said earlier, do not try to find lots of plastic parts on this bike. The chassis of the bike has been cut from 2mm aluminum sheets, just like the steering servo plate. The motor mount, that would be very happy to accommodate a very "hot" brushless motor, is also made of aluminum. Of course, all of these would be worthless without a full set of ball bearings resulting in a smooth drivetrain. The bike comes with a high quality brushless motor and esc combo, powerful enough for those seeking increased top speeds and fast corner to corner accelerations.

The suspension parts are again made of aluminum as both front and rear wheels. The motorcycle uses an inverted fork setup in the front, just as real full scale bikes do. Bump absorbing on the rear is performed by an oil filled aluminum shock. Spring tension as well as monoshock geometry are both adjustable. Yes, the rear swing arm is also aluminum, but I'm sure you have already guessed that.

What you might have not seen coming is the braking system. Depending on the model and the options you decide to buy, the Z-201B rc motorcycle can host a second servo along with a total of 3 brake disks and calipers. Two in the front and one in the rear. Braking can not get any better than that. And for once more, this is what I like the most in this rc motorcycle, true racing performance combined with "wow" looks.

Even a true perfectionist would spend a lot of time trying to find something wrong about this rc bike. Surely one of the best rc motorcycles out on the market, the ZH Racing Z-201B comes at a very decent price and guarantees lots of smiles whether on the track, the local parking lot or your bookshelf.
